Blue Harbor is a very effective recruiting tool for both employers and the men and women who have served in the armed forces.  As a veteran and former Navy SEAL, I have had the privilege of working with some of the brightest and most highly driven individuals in the country.  I know the skills and training acquired in the military are second to none:  My job is to take those skills to employers throughout the United States.  There are thousands of men and women separating from the military each month and they bring an ocean of knowledge with them.  Many former military members have held high level clearances throughout their time in service, and all Blue Harbor candidates have been honorably discharged.  Americas Veterans not only possess the skills many Employers are looking for, but also have developed a sense of teamwork that is truly unparallel.  It is an important ingredient for any company, and is a task within itself to find in Corporate America.

We are a small firm and insist on staying small.  There is an absence of human touch when it comes to the hiring process of many recruiting firms and employment sites.  The biggest grievances that job seekers have when dealing with these businesses is the lack of communication and disorganization.  Before getting out of the military I submitted my resume to multiple employment websites just to see where it would lead.  That ordeal led me to this:

-Recruiters are always in a rush
-Employment sites are always out of date
